Play sessions
A calm, village-style play space designed for children aged 0–7 to explore through imagination-led role play. With 11 curated play areas inspired by real-life community settings, children are free to play independently at their own pace, or invite shared play and connection when it feels right. For our youngest visitors, we also have a boujee baby corner — a beautifully designed space just for pre-walkers and early explorers who prefer a slower, quieter play experience.

The little cafe
Our café serves quality coffee and nourishing, family-friendly food made with care. With a menu focused on simple, healthy, kiddo-friendly options — no complicated menus, just good food for little people and the grown-ups who love them.
Disability-friendly & inclusive play
The Little Southern Village is committed to creating a calm, inclusive environment where children of all abilities feel welcome and supported, including children with disability and additional or special educational needs (SEN). The village has been thoughtfully designed to be accessible and wheelchair friendly, with open pathways and flexible play spaces that support a range of needs.
Our play sessions are calm and adaptable, allowing children to engage at their own pace, with space for independence, regulation, and connection in a low-pressure setting.
We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and can provide receipts to support NDIS claims where applicable. As the village grows, we are continuing to explore additional ways to support diverse needs, including SEN-focused opportunities, while maintaining the calm, considered environment families value.
If you have specific access needs or questions, we encourage you to get in touch so we can explore what might work best for your family.
About the little
village collective
The Little Village Collective creates calm, imagination-led play villages for children and the caregivers who support them.
Our first location, The Little Southern Village in O’Halloran Hill, is a thoughtfully designed indoor play café where children aged 0–7 can explore freely through role play, while caregivers enjoy good coffee, nourishing food, and a moment to pause.
Born from lived experience and a desire for slower, more meaningful family spaces, The Little Village Co. exists to build community-focused villages where children feel safe to play and caregivers feel supported, welcomed, and held.
